For Firearms Purchase from Bragg About It Guns & Ammo
The Firearm is required to be delivered to an authorized dealer for presentation of the buyer’s FFL License, for authorized transfer of the Firearm.
Purchasing a firearm online or by telephone from Bragg About It Guns & Ammo is simple, but requires a specific process.
Bragg About It Guns & Ammo cannot send a firearm to you directly. Instead, Bragg About It Guns & Ammo is required to send the firearm to a local gun shop or FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer where you may pick up your purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the FFL dealer to make sure they take transfers and are willing to accept a transfer for the customer.
Bragg About It Guns & Ammo needs only two (2) things from you in order to complete and process a firearm purchased by telephone or online:
(1) Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer Information; and
(2) Payment for Your Purchase.
In order for Bragg About It Guns & Ammo to ship an online or telephone purchase to you, the first step after choosing your merchandise is to find a licensed FFL Dealer in your area.
When going through our checkout process, you can browse our FFL Dealer Locator to view FFL dealers already on file. If you decide to use a FFL dealer that is already on file, please call and inform the dealer that you would like to transfer a firearm from Bragg About It Guns & Ammo. It is your responsibility to ensure the FFL dealer is willing to accept the transfer and to verify that the dealer can and will transfer the firearm(s) to you.
If you would like to use an FFL dealer that is not listed on our Bragg About It Guns & Ammo site, please select "FFL is Not Listed" when going through the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the dealer fax or e-mail their FFL information to Bragg About It Guns & Ammo.
Contact the FFL Dealer from whom you would like to receive your shipment and verify with the dealer that they are willing to accept a transfer from Bragg About It Guns & Ammo. Be certain to ask the dealer about their FFL transfer fee. Provide your dealer with our email (email@example.com) where they can send a copy of their FFL. Please note that if the FFL dealer is listed on our dealer locator, Bragg About It Guns & Ammo already has the necessary paperwork on file and does not need a copy of their FFL. Please ask your FFL Dealer to write your order number, name, type of firearm, and firearm serial number on any paperwork sent to us.
ALL GUNS ARE NEW AND UNOPENED. BRAGG ABOUT IT GUNS & AMMO DOES NOT INSPECT FIREARMS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED!
IMPORTANT: When you pick up the firearm at your FFL dealer please inspect the product thoroughly. Ensure the delivery is the product you ordered, and that there are no defects. If there are any problems with your purchase do not accept the transfer. If a transfer is not accepted because of a problem/defect attributable to Bragg About It Guns & Ammo, we will gladly have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and provide a replacement or full refund. If a transfer is declined due to fault of the purchaser, including denial of the customer’s ATF Form 4473, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee and any other costs associated with returning the firearm to Bragg About It Guns & Ammo. In such cases a minimum Ten Percent (10%) restocking fee will be assessed.
IMPORTANT: Once you accept transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Any firearm that you have accepted is NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
